  • 1,2,3...Easy as TPT!

    Funded Nov 14, 2024

Thank you so very much for supporting this project for my amazing 3rd grade classes. With this funding, I intend to use it on meaningful resources to support their learning in both in science and math financial literacy.

Thank you for your consideration in taking the time to read my proposal. Thank for you investing in our future.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo

  • Summer Reading Chapter Books

    Funded Aug 14, 2024

I wholeheartedly thank you for your generosity in donating these books to my students. They are a wonderful group of children who are just discovering the joy of reading, so your donation could not come at a better time. I appreciate you for helping me instill a love for reading.”

    With gratitude,

  • Flex Seating Is Fun

    Funded Aug 5, 2024

I am so thankful to you for considering my project. The seating will allow little bodies to work comfortably from all parts of the room and not restrict them to their desks the entire day. Working comfortably will promote productivity and increase learning. My students will absolutely love their new seats!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo

  • Accessorizing a Cricut Maker

    Funded May 11, 2024

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am ecstatic to begin personalizing my students’ belongings and spaces, creating eye-catching bulletins boards, and allowing the children to explore their creativity with a Cricut design station. Your kindness and generosity do not go unnoticed.

This is the beginning of something great.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo

  • Let's Make Virtual Reality a New Reality

    Funded May 6, 2024

I cannot begin to explain how excited my curious, wide-eyed 3rd graders will be to use their class VR headset! It will surely be a hit. Most importantly, this will serve as an incredible technology-based teaching tool. Thank you for opening their eyes to endless possibilities with your generosity and kindness.”

    With gratitude,

  • Lamination Station

    Funded Jan 3, 2024

It is with great gratitude and appreciation that I submit this impact letter to you for your kindness and willingness to give toward "Lamination Station". With this lamination machine, I have been able to laminate classroom labels (crucial because I have a bilingual class with 2 children just learning English this year), student pictures so parents and students can have a keepsake of their accomplishments of the past year, and preserve games used for math stations. Having access to this laminating machine came at the perfect time, as our school's only machine has been broken this entire school year.

Again, thank you for your donation. My students' faces lit up seeing their laminated certificates, awards, and pictures. They want me to laminate anything they can get their hands on: drawings, independent practice, passing graded work - you name it they are wanting it laminated! ”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo

  • The Magic in Reading

    Funded Oct 16, 2023

It is with great thanks that I write this note. Literacy in young children is of the utmost importance. I appreciate your generosity in the investment you have made to our class, to our future.

These books are not only fun to read, they provide informative facts that prepare my children with background knowledge and a wealth of information. My students are developing an appreciation for reading to learn. Science can be a daunting subject, but the books in this funded project are aiding in the integration of reading and science.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo

  • Math Manipulatives Wish List

    Funded Sep 21, 2022

It is with the most humble of hearts that I thank you for your giving donation to my classrooms. I service 40 children of all learning learning levels, but one thing they all have in common is their love for learning and discovering through hands-on activities. When you selected my project, you provided them with tools to learn in a fun, tactile, and innovative way.

Opening and using these fun math tools was similar to a happy home on Christmas morning. The children cheered, ooohed and ahhhed with every box I showed them. I felt like a rockstar thanks to you!

Counting money has been a daunting skill in recent years, so the magnetic money sent was a game-changer. This can be left up year-long for reference now. The tools for 3D shapes has really helped them connect this abstract unit with tangible shapes they are building themselves.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo

  • Whiteboards to Save the Day

    Funded Aug 27, 2021

On behalf of my class, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity in supporting my class project. The students are having a blast with the dry erase boards. We have used them many times during math class. I am able to do informal checks for understanding and they are more willing to practice skills when we use the boards as opposed to paper/pencil/workbook.

The students were shocked to learn that strangers cared about their education enough to donate supplies. They cheered when I opened the packages.

I will continue to use them in both of my math classes, and the students are asking if they could use them for other tasks: spelling, vocabulary, and cursive practice. These materials have quickly become a staple in our classes and we have you to thank for that.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo

  • Time to Sharpen Up

    Funded Jun 7, 2019

I cannot begin to describe my gratitude for your generosity. Your donations were a blessing to my classes because our only pencil sharpener broke on the third day of school! In addition, having a sufficient number of pencils in the classroom has allowed every student the opportunity to feel prepared with the basics. My 3 math classes, the 3rd grade extended day class, PLUS the 3rd grade tutorial group have all benefitted from your simple act of kindness. When my homeroom saw and helped open the boxes with the supplies, it was like Christmas morning. Thanks again for your tremendous generosity and dedication to helping educators and students alike.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Borrayo
