My school is quite small, and though it is great for getting to know families personally, it is not great for state funding...less kids means less money to go around! My students are excited about learning and I love being able to show them how exciting art can be, but recently, there is just no extra money to buy new art materials. If we were to be funded for this project, we would be able to mix standards and art. This will lead us in to discussions which will in turn, build our ever important academic vocabulary! Thank you so much for considering funding our fabulous class!
