This year I am co-teaching a Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten classroom. This class was created around October and classroom furniture and supplies have been limited. My co-teacher and I have borrowed furniture (cubbies in particular) and re-invented an old construction paper holder as cubbies. We have even used magazine holders as a makeshift cubby. Our kiddos are so understanding and are still so excited for their very own cubby. However, we would like to give them a real beautiful cubby to store all of their wonderful work to take home and share with their families. We are also limited on bookshelves to display our special books that are themed for each unit. A bookshelf would make our classroom much more organized and will easily display a variety of books.
