I am a teacher who goes to school each day wanting to excite my students about learning. In this age of technology and fast paced world, it is so important that our students are critical and independent thinkers. My classroom is a fun, positive environment where I encourage my students to learn something new each day. Getting the technological tools to help my students is especially tricky in the sciences as most everything now is technology based and I want to provide them as close to a real-life experience as possible. I also want my students to get outside and have an appreciation of nature and incorporate that regularly into my classroom. I teach high school Science students in North Carolina. My students come from all backgrounds and needs.
