To be successful in an AP course, students need the most current textbook and supplemental practice materials. Our schools lack both. Students at other schools may be able to afford to buy test prep and practice books, but my students are unable to. We need these prep books to supplement the textbook that we use in class. The AP World History test has undergone several redesigns in the past two years, and our current textbooks do not reflect many of the crucial changes that have been made. Students will use these books throughout the year to prepare them for the AP World History Test in May 2018. By helping to fund this project, you will be assisting a lower income student be successful in their first AP class and possibly earn their first college credit!
