The students of San Francisco are asked to participate in Physical Education 200 min every 10 days. However, they are asked to do so on a blacktop (no grass or gyms) and they must share the space with upwards of 4 classes. This puts space at a premium, yet they don't know any different. They are enthusiastic, conscientious and eager to learn with both their bodies and their minds. I work with grades K-5 and with the Special Education Day Classes. Every one of the 500+ students at my site will receive instruction from myself and the classroom teacher in physical education.

About my class
