My students come from a low socio economic school community in which a healthy nutritional lifestyle isn't the priority. For the most part my students work hard and the majority love to play sports. I would like to instill a lifestyle of physical fitness that is unlike what they see at recess or lunch. I was introduced to agility training about a year ago. It helped me lose 35lbs and really help my energy and focus shoot through the roof. My students enjoy my health lessons that focus on learning to eat and live a healthy lifestyle. I want to take their motivation and curiosity to another level by taking what I know about strength and agility and applying it to our 200minutes of mandated Physical education time every 10days by the our district.
