Girls on the Rise
Funded Mar 8, 2019Thank you so much for giving to our softball team. This past year we had been struggling with the limited amount of softballs we had to work with but now with your help all of that is behind us. With your donation now the girls are able to have different stations and sufficient softballs to run the stations.
The weight balls have helped tremendously with getting the girls to hit the ball with more strength and power. The team has benefited so much from the addition of the equipment and our season winning record is the proof.
Again, thank you for your generosity! You made a huge impact on our team!”

Funded Oct 17, 2018Thank you for your generous donation to my students. When our new ipad arrived the students were eager to learn how to use it. With the addition of this new ipad we now are able to use some of the online reading and math programs that our school encourages us to use.
My students have also been able to use the ipad to do research for our class projects on different genres of literature and our poetry projects. Using and incorporating this technology to our daily classroom activities has motivated my students to work harder. Thank you once again for your dedication to public education.”

Funded Aug 20, 2018Thank you so much for your generosity towards our school. The pitching machine will be used this upcoming season and the players are going to greatly benefit from using it in their practices.
With budget cuts looming across our state it was looking very bleak but thanks to your kindness our players will not suffer the consequences of this unfortunate situation.
When the players found out that we were getting a new pitching machine they got very excited and are now anxious to begin practices. Their enthusiasm is what makes this all worthwhile and I cannot thank you enough for keeping their dreams alive!”

Funded Mar 27, 2018The new generator has helped our team have more productive practices. We are fortunate enough to have a couple of pitching machines but we were unable to take advantage of using them because we couldn't get power out to use them. Now with our new generator we are able to use the pitching machines and get some good work in.
The students were very excited when I showed them the generator and they were anxious to get out on the field to start using it. Due to our enhanced practices our team did very well and and we improved our record from last year.
We are going to continue using the generator for the upcoming season and we hope to keep improving as individuals and most importantly as a team.”

Funded Jan 19, 2018Thank you for your generosity to my team and players. Because of you we now have an awesome pitching machine that has helped my players better develop their hitting skills. The boys were so excited to see the new pitching machine and they could not wait to get started with practice when they saw it.
I always try my best to give my players something new and innovative to keep the practices fresh and interesting so that the players keep motivated. The pitching machine has helped tremendously with keeping the players interested in developing their batting skills.
The pitching machine during practice has helped us to win more games and get more hits this season. Thank you so much for helping our team improve and enjoy the sport of baseball.”

Funded Jan 17, 2018Thank you for your donation towards my team and players. With your donation of the 72 baseballs we now have enough baseballs to create many stations during our practices. The boys have really enjoyed having so much variety in our practices and this would not have been possible if it hadn't been because of your donation.
The new baseballs have been very beneficial because we were running low on baseballs due to the fact that we lost so much during Hurricane Harvey. The boys were feeling helpless and hopeless with the new season that was fast approaching but when I showed up to practice with the new baseballs their faces lit up and they felt very motivated to do their very best to have a winning season.”

Funded Mar 27, 2018Thank you for your contribution towards my team and players. I surprised the players with their new bags this past week after one of our games and the look on their faces was priceless. The boys were thrilled to receive their brand new backpacks.
We still have about half the season to go through and the boys will go through their remaining games looking so sharp and professional. You can tell that they now have a new sense of pride for their team. They now have sturdy and good looking bags to pack their equipment in.
The coaches also loved their new bags. They now have brand new bags to organize their playbooks and equipment. Once again, thank you for your kindness and commitment to the youth of public education in America.”

Funded Dec 4, 2017Thank you so much for your very generous donation to have our art room made over. It has made such a difference in our lives. Before we had odds and ends furniture that was too clunky and bulky and not really appropriate for an art room. In addition, due to Hurricane Harvey, the little furniture we had was damaged due to the water that came into our room. But now, with the new tables and lightweight stools our room not only looks awesome but it is also more functional.
When the tables and stools arrived my students were so excited to see them set up and I quickly got the old furniture out so we could set up the new furniture. They helped to unpack the stools. Now that everything is in place our room is brighter and seems more spacious. The stools allow for more work space and the tables give the students more area to work on.
We cannot thank you enough for your generosity! You have certainly helped to turn our year around!”

Funded Nov 10, 2017The student were very excited when they saw 10-12 boxes of art materials arrive. They wanted to help open them up and start using the materials. The students were definitely excited when they actually were able to see all the materials that they had received such as the mosaic squares, glue, water color paper among other items.
We have been able to use the materials to enter several competitions and even placed on one. The student are very excited to learn about how to use the material. We are at mid point in the year we still have a lot of learning to do with the all the art supplies. We have been able to paint and use the drying racks to have them dry. One important part of art is organization which the caddies have assisted with that part of art.
It has been great for the students to use different media such using liquid water color with actual water color paper. Students have truly have been challenged to be creative with different media.”

Little Artists In the Making
Funded Dec 8, 2016Thank you so much for your contribution to my little artists. My students were so excited to be able to have additional art supplies added to our classroom. They couldn't believe that people that they didn't even know cared so much about them.
With our new art materials my students were able to paint their projects for mother's day. We chose to do still life paintings and the students loved using this opportunity to show off what they have learned this year about art.
With these new art supplies my students are now more interested in art and are starting to even ask their parents to buy them art supplies so they can work on art during their summer break. Thanks to people like you our little artists are blooming!”
