Kindergarten Support Classroom Dividers
Funded Nov 28, 2022Thank you so much for your contributions to my project. I know that by having this resource available in my classroom it is going to help with my students focusing and assisting them with their learning. We have a very wide open space in the room and by sectioning off parts of the classroom, it will help all of us to personalize our own space. Thank you again.”

Room Dividers for First Grade Autistic Support Classroom
Funded Apr 2, 2021I would like to thank everyone for their generous donation. Monday, April 5th is our first day back with kids in person in over a year. Having these partitions in our classroom will be a big help in getting our kids to focus, work on small group instruction and utilize a variety of flexible seating options. I truly appreciate every ones generosity.”

iPad Implementation for Students on the Autism Spectrum
Funded Dec 14, 2016I would like to first off thank the people who have donated to my project. It has meant a lot to me to know that people actually care about what is going on in my classroom.
With any new technology, there comes an adjustment period. It took some trial and error to see how the Ipads would fit into my classroom. As you can see from the pictures that have been uploaded, these are just a few of the ways Ipads are being used in my classroom.
They are incorporated during our Spelling centers where students practice their sight words for the week. Ipads are used during math instruction where students go onto Dreambox to work on their math skills and for some of our other kiddos who need sensory breaks there are light boxes that they can experiment with during down time. The addition of this technology piece has really helped to solidify concepts, application and independent practice with my students.”
