Bridge the Digital Divide
Funded Mar 11, 2025I am BLOWN AWAY! This was not expected. I am so grateful to all of you that have helped donate or share my project.
If you know me, I am dedicated to each one of my students, and I've known that my dedication isn't supported alone. You all made this happen and this will continue to make an impact in my classroom.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”

Alternative Seating
Funded May 7, 2021Because of your donations, my students have been getting options for better seating. Because of you, they now have the option to choose the seating that fits them. As you may or may not understand, students with special needs have particular sensory needs that help them focus. Then they are distracted by these needs, they basically cannot learn. But because they have this option now, they are now able to learn a little bit easier. This has been a game-changer since the equipment arrived. I appreciate your generosity and I look forward to focusing on teaching!”

Funded May 7, 2021Thank you so much for our generosity on this campaign. I have found that the greatest content comes from other teachers who see a need. With this project I will be able to enrich my student's experience and support other teachers in the process. So thank you for supporting my classroom and other teachers like me.”

Funded Feb 28, 2021WOW!
My project was funded! I have you all to thank! Thank you for your generosity and trust that I will use these tools to give my students the equipment they need. These tablets will allow me to use what I have been doing online and transfer it into my classroom, using great teaching apps like Nearpod to increase engagement and participation.”

Supplies That Support All Their Needs
Funded Nov 6, 2019The materials that you helped me raise funds for have become a useful tool in my student's everyday needs. For example, since the pandemic, I used the lamination materials to provide laminated math tools, such as hundred charts, ten-frames, whiteboards, and other needed equipment that they need to participate in math and writing activities.
It's been a great resource and having it available has made getting much needed material to my students that much more efficient. As we approach the beginning of hybrid teaching, it will continue to help provide hands-on materials for them to interact with. Thank you for your continued support. It has made a significant impact.”

SPED Art
Funded Jun 20, 2019When my students received their supplies, they were BEYOND excited. We are usually limited on what we can do, but because of your help, we were able to make ART part of our weekly and sometimes, daily activities.
We've painted trees, when we were learning about parts of a plant/tree project and we used the supplies to honor Black History Month, such as MLK jr.
Recently, since the pandemic, I have use the same supplies so they have access to materials they wouldn't normally have, such as construction paper, scissors, pencils, paints, glues, etc.
So thank you, because your gift just keeps giving and giving.”

Funded May 16, 2019Most of my students have benefited in different ways. All my students love the handheld sensory toys. However, the student pictured has had the greatest impact. He use to fall back in his chair, risking injury. Now, since getting the chairs he hasn't fallen back ONCE! Also he LOVES the space I have created in my class for them. I call it the "quiet zone". All my students come here to relax, destress, and lay down if they need it. Sometimes the day can be a little overwhelming and they use this space as a place to regroup so they are ready to learn. This couldn't have been possible without your support. You've given many of my students an avenue to cope, get their sensory needs met, and even a way for them to stay safe.”
