My role as a Reading Interventionist and English Language Coordinator at one of the best schools in Peoria Arizona is the greatest challenge and joy of my life. I get to work with students from grades K-4 to help build reading foundational skills all the way up to strategies for comprehension. I work with students all day long in small groups where we really get to connect and trust each other, which helps the students feel safe to take risks. Nothing is greater than to see their smiles as they gain confidence in reading and have fun doing it.
