Our students engage in technology daily and we need to keep their minds and bodies active and inspired. Not only will our students think more clearly, they will feel better. Movement while engaging in thought helps our students remember more clearly. Exercise also helps to improve your mood because it increases the production of serotonin, a critical neurotransmitter found in the brain that is associated with good health and mental well-being.
