Growing As a Teacher - Part 2
Funded Mar 12, 2024With tremendous gratitude and appreciation, I submit this impact letter to you for your kindness and willingness to give toward "Growing as a Teacher - Part 2".
Your generosity provided me with the tools I needed to enhance my teaching and learning outcomes for my students by learning to create more engaging and interactive lessons, which in turn led to improved student learning. Incorporating technology into my professional development is a practice that should remain even post-pandemic, as I believe technology makes teachers more effective.
Technology constantly evolves, and I must keep up with the latest trends and developments. Technology can facilitate collaboration between my colleagues, students, and parents. With professional development and through your generosity, I can develop a deeper understanding of different learning styles, cultural backgrounds, and exceptionalities to impact my community significantly.
Thank you for your kind and generous donations! We are very appreciative!!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Montecinos

Funded Aug 30, 2010Today was a very exciting day. The magnetic whiteboard purchased with your generosity was mounted unto my classroom's wall this morning. My students were very excited as well. They were wondering what was that shiny white board being hanged on their class for. Wow! it gave my kindergarten classroom a whole different look. Everything was brighter! Thank you so much.
For the first time, I was able to take out my magnetic resources, and write on the board with my dry-erase markers. I know this may sound silly for an urban educator, but the reality of our educational system is that there is barely enough money to cover the basic needs. Whiteboards, don't seem to be essential, although it's been proved to reduce the number of allergens in the air.
You have impacted many lives and I will forever thank you for that.”
