  • Teacher Tech for Teaching

    Funded Apr 15, 2025

Thank you so much for your generosity and supporting my project. I will be able to be so much more productive with a new, efficient laptop. The students will directly benefit from this as well as I use the device to present and create lessons. The laptop will be used for many years to come so more than just this year’s class will benefit.”

  • Books Galore!

    Funded Oct 17, 2024

Thank you for helping me fund this project and providing these great books for my students! This class is full of voracious readers and I know these books will be well read. The best part is that my future classes will also get to enjoy these books.

    I appreciate you!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Perez

  • Core Literature for Learning!

    Funded May 7, 2024

Thank you for your generous support of my classroom and students! We have not started to read Fish in a Tree yet but we will in a couple of months. Core literature allows me to teach language arts standards in a more natural way, through actual literature. Many students have never read an entire chapter book before. They will get to experience the joy of reading a whole book when we read Fish in a Tree. I am very excited to share this book and experience with them. There are excellent life lessons to be learned through this book also.”

  • New School Year, New Supplies

    Funded Aug 15, 2024

I am so appreciative of your support of my classroom and students! I can’t wait to get the bookcase put together and filled with great books. In just the couple of days that I’ve had my class, I can tell they are a group of voracious readers! And all the writing supplies are going to be very useful as well!”

  • A Positively Good Beginning

    Funded Aug 2, 2023

Thank for your support of my class! The materials we got through this project helped us start the year off in a positive way. The pencils, pencil pouches, erasers, and sharpeners helped assure that all the students had writing tools at hand when needed. The Play-doh was used for a first day of school activity. The staying calm cards, coloring book, growth mindset posters, and book on helping children regulate their emotions has helped the class start the year off strong mentally. All of these have led to a strong start to the school year. Thank you for making this happen for my students! Many of these items can be used year to year so they won't only help this year's class but also future classes. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!”

  • Change Your Position

    Funded Sep 6, 2023

Thank you for your support with this project! My students love using the wobbly stools! It helps many of them focus as it requires them to engage their core while doing their work. They have found great ways to share the stools so that everyone who needs them gets a chance to use them. I haven't put the standing table out yet as I need to make space for it but I know that they will be happy to have a spot where they can stand while working or doing lessons instead of sitting all day. Having these options along with a rug in my classroom allows for flexible seating. Throughout the day, students can utilize the style of seating (or standing) that works best for them. This should help maximize their learning. I am so appreciative that you have helped make this happen for them!”

  • Materials to Support Learning!

    Funded May 8, 2023

I'm excited to put these materials to use! The best part is that I will get to use them with many classes over the years so this project will benefit many students. We really needed new privacy dividers for testing or when students just need some privacy. The ones we have are falling apart. These new ones will be perfect!

The photo printer is so useful to have in the classroom! I can take pictures of the students at any time and easily print them. We post these around the room or use them for gifts. It helps give the classroom a personal feel where the students take more ownership of their classroom.

The depth and complexity book will help me apply those strategies in my classroom and teaching. Thank you for your part in making this project a reality!”

  • Books, Books, Everywhere Books!

    Funded Mar 30, 2023

I ordered so many amazing, diverse books in this project! The students have been enjoying them immensely. Through this project I was able to add books to my collections for particular monthly celebrations such as Black History Month, Asian History Month, and Hispanic History Month. These books are on display on a special shelf during that month for kids to read. A few of the books were added to my regular classroom library which I work to keep updated and make sure I have diverse books of all levels.

I have seen several students enthralled by the books I ordered. They have made connections from the books to things we are learning in class. I have heard them discussing or they have shared with the class things they learned from the books that they didn't know previously.

I would say these books have been a hit! And, they have furthered my students learning. They will continue to do so for my future classes as well!”

  • Materials for My Superstar Learners!

    Funded Dec 7, 2022

My students were so excited about the new materials! They love the various pencils, the pouches, pencil sharpeners, and wobble chairs. They were all smiles and excitement when I passed everything out!

The wobble chairs have been used pretty much every minute of every day since I put them out. The students are so good at taking turns and using them while not abusing the privilege of using them. They really help some students focus while doing their work.

I am so appreciative of your donations that made this project a reality!”

  • Literacy and Math Materials

    Funded Aug 19, 2022

Thank you for helping our classroom get materials to help organize our classroom. The plastic pockets are perfect for holding class materials and materials that we can use in centers or groups. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards have helped me buy supplemental materials that support our curriculum. I have also used them to buy fun, holiday themed activities that are academically based like Halloween and Fall math escape rooms and logic puzzles. The kids love these and they have fun completing them in small groups. I will use the rest of the TPT gift cards to buy materials that add to our curriculum in Social Studies, Math, and Language Arts.

I really appreciate your support of my students and their learning!”

    Ms. Perez

We are in a large school district that has been severely hit by budget cuts. We have very few supplies and there is definitely no money to be spent on updating, fixing, or getting new technology in the classrooms. Most of my students come from homes where they don't have computers because they can't afford them. They are 5th graders who will be going to middle school next year and will be expected to know how to do research on the Internet, use word processing programs to write papers, and create presentations using technology. I want to provide them with the opportunity to learn how to do these things. The class is very enthusiastic and sweet. They enjoy being active learners and are excited at the prospect of learning how to use technology.
