I want you to think about the last staff meeting you went to, or excruciatingly long conference you attended. Were you inspired to get out there and be the best sitting on that stone hard chair? No! We are all diverse learners and the most creative companies of today such as Google, have exciting and flexible work environments in order to get the best creativity out of their employees. Adjustable desks and flexible seating will encourage students to break he mold, be more engaged, creative, and comfortable in their learning. Coming from someone who would much rather sit on the floor as I grade papers, please help me shape our future leaders by allowing them to personalize their learning.
