Working in small groups is essential for both students and teachers. For students, it helps build needed skills in teamwork and teambuilding. Teachers, on the other hand, use small groups to effectively reach out to students in need of more structure and those who are in need of a challenge without subjecting their whole class to tasks that can either be below or above their current academic potential. With the use of a multi-use tool such as a whiteboard table, students will find ease as collaborate together within small groups. With this tool, I will effectively reach every student's need.
