• Be the Herald of Reason: Allowing Urban Students a Voice

  I am writing to express our deepest gratitude for your generous contribution towards purchasing a professional 4-track portable recorder and four digital voice recorders for our English learners. Your support has provided us with invaluable tools that will greatly enhance the educational experiences of our students. These recording devices are crucial in helping them develop their speaking and listening skills, as well as encouraging creative expression through audio projects.

• Let Freedom Sound: Heartwarming Headsets for Humans

  Thank you for this incredible heartwarming opportunity you have given my students. With your generous gift they are able to listen to hours of learning material comfortably.

  I had one student who used an old pair of headphones and had to take them off after twenty minutes because they irritated her ears. She thought she would have to return to her social studies class, where she would not be able to learn much due to her language capability. She was positively thrilled to discover your generous donation of Barks Tech headphones, so she could continue learning in my class!

  The Barks Tech headsets in addition to providing my students with dependable, reliable and comfortable sound experience have noise cancellation, so they don't have filter out the background noises in my building. Additionally, the materials donated demonstrate to my students each and everyday that they are important and that they matter. It is hard to give students the message that they matter in a school based in a low income neighborhood and in a single classroom shared by multiple teachers.

  Furthermore, My students were quite simply touched by your generosity. I told them how several former teachers donated because they wished to see my students succeed and one gentleman even donated to commentate his father and his father's legacy.”
