  • Sound Check 1, 2 - 1, 2

    Funded Jan 6, 2018

Thank you for your generous donations. Our new classroom speaker doesn't just look awesome, it sounds awesome! Who would have thought that such a small speaker would pack such a great punch? The best part of it is that it is completely wireless, so good bye messy wires. This makes it so much easier and faster for my classroom technician (student classroom job) to connect our new wireless speaker to a device. This speaker makes it more accessible to place it at various locations in our classroom.”

  • So Fresh and So Clean

    Funded Sep 27, 2017

I cant thank you enough for your kind donations. My students have fallen in love with their hygiene items. My students liked the aroma of the shampoo and body wash. They told me that they couldn't wait to go home and try their new products. My classroom was smelling like blueberry the following day. The deodorants came in handy for these triple digit hot days we are currently experiencing. It was all laugh and giggles when I first introduced the deodorants, many of my students had not been exposed or taught about this hygiene product. Our lip balms are staying in the classroom. Each student has their own lip balm in their pencil box so that they can use them as needed at school. Once again, thank you very much for your generosity.”

  • Empowering Artistic Publishers

    Funded Mar 30, 2017

My students and I are beyond grateful for people like you. My students were able to complete their very own first publishing book thanks to your contributions. My students were delighted that they had all of the materials to write their thoughts and to bring their illustrations to life. Not only will my students use these materials for this publishing book, but also for everyday classwork and homework. My students come from working class families that for the most part are not able to provide beyond the basic school materials. I am truly thankful for donors like you because you make such an awesome impact in my students lives.”

  • Dog Ate Your Homework?

    Funded Mar 9, 2016

My students and I want to take the time to thank all of you for your kind donations. Thanks to your generosity my students have school supplies that they otherwise wouldn't have. I had some parents that came up to me to personally thank me for these supplies. I just couldn't take the credit. The parents want to thank you for making their children's school experience better. My students have durable homework folders to keep their homework safe. They also have the much needed supplies to complete their homework accordingly. Gracias.”

  • Who's Your Favorite?

    Funded Apr 18, 2016

I have never seen students so excited about books. This is indeed one of the best school days ever. My students are actually reading for pleasure, they all want to read all day! This is every teachers dream come true. Most of my students come from families that can't financially afford to buy them a book and don't have the time to read with them due to long working hours. It makes me happy to know that there are kind people out in the world like you that are willing to help others in need. With your help I am able to expose my students to a variety of books. Once again, thank you very much!”

  • Rain, Rain, Go Away

    Funded Mar 9, 2016

"Ms. Gonzalez, I've always seen this game on t.v. but I have never played it before. I can't wait for it to be my turn!" These are the exact words of one my 10 year old students. His sincere words just melted my heart. My students hated rainy days or indoor recess. Did you noticed how I said it in past-tense. Thanks to your generosity my students love rainy days and indoor recess. As a matter of fact, they want it to rain everyday so that they can stay indoors and play with their fun gameboards. I want to thank all you for bringing joy and excitement to my students lives.”

  • Let's Start with the Basics

    Funded Dec 23, 2015

Let's Start with the Basics! What does this truly mean? In all honestly, the meaning of the term "basics" can vary from person to person. For my students, it means everything. Sometimes some of us, including myself, take basic life essentials for granted. My students sure don't! I would have never imagined 4th graders being so excited about receiving a shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deodorant, and sanitizer.

My students self esteem and confidence has skyrocketed like you have no idea. Even their parents are so delighted and grateful for your kind donations. My students are at the age where it is essential to maintain the proper hygiene. I want to thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, on behalf of my students and their families.”

  • Bring On The Ink

    Funded Nov 18, 2015

My friend, you always seem to amaze me. You are not only an awesome teacher but a caring friend. I sincerely appreciate your generosity towards my classroom. There aren't enough words that can express my gratitude. Thank you so much for donating ink for our classroom printer! My students love the ability of being able to learn with colored vocabulary illustrations and printing papers that they have typed.

Thank you once again for what you have done for my students. Without your help, my students would not be able to have access to a printer. Thank you for your kindness and support!”

  • iPad Reloaded

    Funded Jul 14, 2015

There aren't enough words that can express my gratitude. Thank you all so much for donating an iPad to our class! My students love the ability to do research, read books, and play math and literacy games. Not only does the iPad allow them to read books, it also allows them to access the internet to research biographies of important people that impacted our nation and their culture. My students love going to educational websites and learning new information. They love seeing the words come to life with all the animations of educational videos and books.

Thank you once again for all you have done for my students. Without your help, my students would not be able to have access to this technology. Thank you for your kindness and support!”
