We Loving Reading and Rhyme, Oh My!
Funded Apr 11, 2019My students have LOVED the new games you have provided! The rhyming train and matching puzzle have been perfect for them to independently practice recognizing rhyming words. They are so proud of their work when they are done. They also love the CVC games. They look forward to center time everyday because they cannot wait to build the words. They are so engaged and have so much fun. They always want me to see all of their hard work when they are finished. Thank you so much for helping my students learn and for making learning fun for them!”

Flexible Seating For Fidgety Students
Funded Dec 31, 2018Thank you so much for the flexible seating you have provided my students. These options in my classroom fit the need of every learner, whether they want to sit in a beanbag or bounce while they work, all of my students love the different seating options. They love using them at all points of the day. These seating options give my students the chance to move and learn at the same time. They are also so thankful for the choice to pick where they sit and they can't wait to get started everyday because they love the flexible seating options they have.”

Inspiring Creative Minds
Funded Sep 5, 2018My students love the new resources that you provided for my classroom. They are always asking me when they will get to use the watercolors, puppets and instruments! They have loved using them to share their creativity with each other and it is a blessing to be able to have them to use. My students were able to use the instruments when we were learning about our five senses. They were able to use the puppets to show me how they would use each of their five senses. We were also able to use the instruments with our sense of hearing. The students loved listening to the different instruments and the sounds they make. We also had the chance to use our watercolors when we learned about the seasons. My students loved being able to share their knowledge while painting! My students look forward to using our puppets, instruments and paint in new ways throughout the school to show all the new ways they are learning. Thank you so much for donating and making this possible, you really have inspiring and igniting the creative minds of my students!”

Funded Sep 30, 2018My students LOVE these new math and STEM activities! They are constantly asking me if they can use them and it's difficult to get them stop using them because they are having so much fun. My students use the STEM materials every morning when they come to school. I have enjoyed seeing them come alive as inventors and engineers as they create new things every day. Some students build cars or super heroes while others are building letters and numbers. They love the free choice that allows them to use their imagination and still learn along the way.
During math workshop, my students love using the math games and manipulative. They don't even realize they are learning, simply because they are having so much fun. I have seen improvement in my student's ability to recognize and write numbers thanks to the use of these materials. My students have access to manipulative now like counting bears and counters that help them to better their math skills through a variety of activities and games.
Thanks to these materials and contributions I am able to see a love for math and exploration develop in my students that was not there before. They are showing growth in new ways and I cannot wait to see what else they can learn and do. Thank you so much!”

Leveled Books for Kindergarten
Funded Aug 11, 2018These books have made such an impact on the learning of my students. They are able to read with better confidence because of these leveled books. Many of my students are excited to begin reading with these books because they are the level that they need. These books contain familiar sight words that students get excited about seeing when they read. There are few words to a page so students are able to track print easily and practice their print concept skills all by themselves.
One of the things I love the most about these books is the confidence it gives my students. They never want to stop reading! They pick up a book and are so motivated by the short stories and familiar words they see on the page. With these books they are able to practice their reading skills independently and they love them! I also love how I was able to receive the leveled text in so many levels so there a book for every student in my class no matter what level they read on. Each student is able to read a book and learn new words through these leveled readings.
