• I Am Learning About Community Service And Community Helpers

  This project has been so fun in the kindergarten class. These books have really helped to inspire many conversations about what people do in our community and future jobs, as well as learn new vocabulary. Not only have you been talking about jobs that we might do. We are also talking about the important jobs that people in our lives do. The sequencing cards and games have really been especially supportive for my early readers and language learners. We even had a dress up day for jobs that they think they might want to do!

• Literacy Games To Make Learning fun In Kindergarten

  Thank you for supporting our kindergarten reading goals! Gamed making learning so much more fun and engaging. Your donation supplied my classroom with activities that we use in our small group learning centers as well as individualized learning goals for one on one student support. These games are used multiple times in the week and support up to 70 students as we share resources within our kindergarten team. My students are showing growth in their phonics and sentence making abilities. We appreciate your support and generosity!”

• Play-based Mathematical Games for Daily Centers

  Math games in kindergarten are so important for reinforcing the skills that we are learning. After we learn the skill playing a game makes it fun and memorable. We can play these games over and over again to solidify the skills that we need. My class is enjoying all the games and playing with their friends and with me in centers. Your contributions make math more fun and provide hands on experiences for all students. My students have gained confidence from their math skills and are able to lead their own math group games which is very empowering! Math is exciting in kindergarten!”

• Let's Get to Reading!

  Thank you for bringing the joy of reading to my kindergarten classroom! We read every single day and a lot of the supplies that I have are not enough to expand on the joy of reading. These games, supplies, and books are supporting my students every day of the week and even at home. Thank you for helping grow the love of reading in my students. Not only are they excited to read in the classroom but they also get to take the little reader books home in their reading bag and show their parents how good of a reader they have become!   Thank you for supporting our library in kindergarten. Having books that students are interested in is the key to loving reading and school. In kindergarten, we have various levels of ability and understanding. I like to have books that are appropriate for all of my learners. I also enjoy adding diverse books that speak to my population in my classroom. This is really important in creating our classroom community and representing all students' lives and values in our classroom. Your support of books we love has added a rainbow of choices for my students and their so thrilled to have titles that they can relate to.”

• Write On! Writing Can Be Fun!

  thank you for supporting our writing skills in kindergarten. This first year of school is full of so many and exciting skills. Writing is quite challenging and can cause anxiety. Your support of the TPT gift card has given my classroom so many resources to practice in the classroom as well as at home. The best resources have been the games that I printed out and laminated with the laminating pouches.

  The games provide so many fun opportunities to practice writing and pre writing skills, it doesn't seem like school work!

• Let’s Find Out Monthly Magazines For Kindergarten

  Thank you for bringing the let's find out magazines to my classroom! We get to read nonfiction stories in magazine form several times a month because of your kindness. Also along with the magazine subscription comes a video component that adds extra impact to what we are reading and learning about. Not only are these magazines a learning experience for my students they are also enjoyable. My students are learning to love reading in so many forms and they get to take it home with them too!

  I even use the magazines in individualized reading groups as well, so we get a ton of use out of the subscription for this year. You have made a huge impact on my kindergarten class”

This project provided some wonderful books for engaging conversation in my classroom community. My kindergartners are able to share their thoughts and emotions about differences and celebrate the diversity amongst us. The multi cultural crayons are so great to really depict how they see themselves and celebrate the differences with pride on our showcase wall. • Classroom Organization and STEM Activities

  Thank you for helping provide organizational materials to make the classroom a calm and easy place to learn. Being organized enhances our daily learning, I can see the benefits daily! My students can easily find things on their own and take ownership in our classroom materials. The utensil caddy's give the students a routine placet to keep and find supplies independently.

  The dry erase pouches are used daily for games and all sorts of skills to be practiced with a dry erase marker. Then, we can wipe them off and use them over and over again as well as saving paper.

• New Year’s Goals in Kindergarten

  Thanks to your generous support, my kindergarten class has amazing center activities for math, language arts, and high interest books to choose during free reading time each day. Being able to play and learn is truly a beautiful thing to witness! The letter locks and finding the letter/number activity is so exciting and engaging. The tree house builders are a top favorite cooperative playtime activity. Elephant and Piggie books are right on level and really build confidence during their independent reading time.
