• Listen And Learn

  Our listening center is a favorite spot in the classroom! Being able to listen and follow along to the book is very exciting for my kindergarten students. Also, it really helps build their confidence as they are learning to read this year. Exposure to fiction and nonfiction is very important and our listening center is a part of our science and social studies block. The book bins are so helpful in organizing the themed units to go alone with our curriculum.

• Classroom Supplies For Engaging Daily Lessons Part 2

  Thank you for helping provide valuable supplies that we use every day in the classroom! Having the supplies on hand to prep and prepare in advance for upcoming activities is truly a blessing. The labels have been so helpful for the beginning of school as my kindergartners can't write their own name Legibly.

  The paints are used all year long for fabulous gifts and crafts that my students make. Of course paper is always used in our classroom for in class projects as well as take home projects. Thank you for supplying us with a great start to the year!”

• Kleenex For Runny Noses And Color Printing In Class

  Funded May 27, 2023

  This color printer is a game changer for our daily classroom needs. I am able to print math learning games out for kids to play at home and in the classroom. We are able to make a lot of resources that are used daily for targeted learning goals like decodable nonfiction readers and reusable literacy tasks.

  When we can print in color, using the ecotank we save so much money because it lasts so much longer. Thank you for supporting our classroom needs! The Kleenex brand tissues are extremely helpful for kindergarten hygiene!”

• This And That For This And That!

  The 30 second dance party button may be the best thing ever donated to my classroom! This button is such a fun reward as I pick a different student each time, but everyone gets to dance around and be silly for 30 seconds. I am so excited every time! I am so thankful for the sheet protectors and binder dividers for my master math book that we use every single day. Everything in this project has been such a blessing to our classroom. • Books for Healthy Life Skills: Mind, Body, and Social Emotional

  In kindergarten we spend a lot of time working on basic hygiene, skills for independence in every day life, in the ever important social emotional skills. Many of my students need to be reminded to wash their hands, to learn about germs, how to share... the list goes on! These books have been amazing resources in our classroom to support meaningful conversations with appropriate leveled literature. We've been using these books for weekly journal topics to build skills in writing as well as expressing thoughts and feelings.”

• Rhyme Time Fun

  In kindergarten we are learning the foundational skills for all academic areas. Reading is one of the biggest most exciting accomplishments in kindergarten. Finding skills really helped to reinforce reading learning. When my students play these games, they are having fun, using auditory skills, and physical skills to reinforce their learning. Llama llama is a huge favorite in kindergarten and my students read these books over and over again! Thank you for building our library and supporting fun ways to learn in kindergarten.”

• STEM Resources Part II

  The most exciting thing about this project is the creativity that comes when students are given freedom to create and design collaboratively in the classroom. We have had so much fun using the TPT gift card to find projects that empower our kindergartners to learn through design, trial and error, and group efforts.

  We have also really enjoyed reading these favorite stories that go along with our stem projects. Learning time is so much more effective when students are having fun and they feel that they are valued for their ideas!”

• Check Out My Mug!

  Our mug making station for volunteer and support staff gifts has been a huge hit! The fun process of hands on design and creation really promotes excitement and teamwork. This mug making project is an amazing STEM opportunity combined with teaching the thrill of giving to others as a thank you. My students are so happy to be giving gifts to parent volunteers and supportive staff, providing the students experience with showing gratitude to others. • Fill Our Bookshelves With Wonderful Books

  Your generous donation towards these books has made a huge impact on the learning experiences in our spring science unit. Our kindergarten classes have been able to make art projects, do puzzles, and write journal entries because of the information in our daily read alouds. These books also offer choice fiction and nonfiction choices during free reading. The baby chicks are the cutest and most exciting ending of our oviparous unit providing the student with a hands on keepsake of the awesome learning accomplished. We are so grateful for your support in making learning exciting!”

• Exciting 100th Day Stem Activities

  Funded Jan 12, 2023

  Our 100th day celebration went on for a few weeks with the absolute joy from building with cups and straws! My students created tall towers and fat towers using the solo cups. Group designs were celebrated and photographed for their memory books as well. Straw building was a huge success with teams racing to build a tower that would not fall using 100 straws.

  The 100 tile magnetic marble maze is still a huge hit in our STEM center. To create a marble run using 100 magnetic tiles and slides is quite a challenge! The decorations also made the students so very excited for our math celebrations.
