  • Diverse Books

    Funded Apr 27, 2025

Thank you so much for supporting my classroom! These items are going to be so beneficial for my students to take them on many new adventures. I requested these new books to add to my library collection. Reading is so important and I try to instill the love of reading in all of my students. My students were so excited to get these new books and look through them. I can't wait for them to go on all these new adventures. Thank you so much for bringing that excitement and joy of reading to my students!”

  • Project Kindness

    Funded Apr 18, 2025

Thank you so much for supporting my classroom! This project is very important as we are really focusing on spreading kindness throughout the school! The Kindness Club will be very excited to see all the items they are going to use to help spread kindness around the school building. Everyone can always use a little kindness to make their not-so-good day brighter. Research shows that when we cooperate and show kindness to our fellow humans, we become healthier, happier and more successful. This project is going to allow us to recognise and praise students when we notice them being kind and supportive to one another. We truly appreciate your support in this project! Thank you again!”

  • Extra Pants

    Funded Mar 22, 2025

Thank you so much for your donation to my classroom. These items will benefit so many of our students. Your assistance gives us the opportunity we needed to enhance their health and physical knowledge. I am certain these supplies will also help to boost our students' engagement and ability to complete hands-on tasks as well as increase students' achievement. Again, thank you for your generosity and support. We are looking forward to using our new pants on days when accidents may happen. We are so grateful for your donation!”

  • Helping Students in Need

    Funded Mar 4, 2025

Thank you so much for being a continued supporter of my classroom! Basic supplies are everyday items that we use in the classroom. My students come from homes where these basic supplies are a struggle to get. With the help of wonderful donors like yourself, I am able to make sure my students have these supplies to succeed in the classroom. These items add up quickly when you have 25 students in a classroom, so any help that we get is appreciated. My students love getting the packages and seeing what new supplies they will get to use. We truly appreciate your generosity.”

  • Items for Struggling Readers

    Funded Feb 27, 2025

Thank you so much for supporting my classroom! My students are going to be so excited to earn these new incentives. Incentives for students motivate them to be more productive because they create a feeling of pride and achievement. Being successful makes you happy. Every success story helps students become more self-confident. They are proud and also encouraged to achieve another successful result. Teacher incentives increase morale. Students want fun — and so do their teachers! These items will help increase the morale in my room. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.”

  • Happy Birthday to You!

    Funded Feb 27, 2025

Thank you so much for your continued support! This project was extra special for my students because it gave them items for their special day! Their birthdays should be a big deal and it was very generous of you to help me fulfill this celebration for them! On their birthday, the students get a goodie bag of all the items from the project! Something so small to many, mean the world to the students. Each student also gets a birthday book, filled with cards from each of the students in the class. This is the highlight of their birthday, to see what their friends had to say to them! My students appreciate all the generosity from complete strangers and thank you from the bottom of their hearts.”

  • Clean and Healthy Classroom

    Funded Feb 19, 2025

Thank you for your continued support to my classroom! A healthy classroom makes for a successful classroom. This time of year is when we share all kinds of germs and with your help we will be able to cut down on that sharing. We teach the students that sharing is a positive thing to do, but not with illnesses. The weather is changing here in Ohio, and many of my students haven't changed their attire yet which is causing them to get sick. Thank you so much for helping keep us safe and healthy with these new supplies. We truly appreciate your generosity.”

  • Items for Struggling Readers

    Funded Feb 17, 2025

I cannot thank you enough for your generous donations. Vocabulary is one of the most difficult components to teach. The new games are going to allow my students to practice and reinforce their vocabulary skills, and to still have fun while doing it.

Without vocabulary, reading is a frustrating, pointless exercise in word calling. There is no exaggeration to say that how well students develop the ability to comprehend what they read has a profound effect on their entire lives. A major goal of reading comprehension instruction, therefore, is to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and experiences they must have if they are to become competent and enthusiastic readers.

These donations have made such a positive impact on my students and I. We are looking forward to digging deeper into all these wonderful skills. Thank you again!”

My students come from a diverse background of different cultures. These students are eager to learn and love to be exposed to new materials and lessons. The students in my classroom are of low economic status and overly appreciate anything new they are exposed to in the classroom. I especially love working with K-3 because I feel that this is such a vital time to impact and lead them into the future.
