Our students arrive from Central America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. When students arrive they can spend as long as 3 years before they must return to their home school. They learn social and academic language concurrently, which can also mean simply training in how to be a student and a citizen. It is very complicated but highly rewarding work!
