  • Help! Our Kindergarten Weekly Weekend Food Program Is Back!

    We want to thank you from the bottom of our HEARTS ❤️ for all the work that YOU do to make our days and weekends meaningful! Your donations have made it possible for our students to have easily prepared meals on the weekends!. Myself and our families are so grateful to have prepared meals that are quick and just the right portions for students.

    They always get excited when they know it's time to share out our WEEKLY WEEKEND FOOD BAGS and always seem to have a little more pep in their steps at dismissal time!

    They come in on Mondays sharing with me how good their meals were and some even help their parents prepare them. This is teaching them so much about being a giver and being grateful to others who really care about their well being.

  • PreK Drums Heard Around The World!

    You have truly made our day! We now have some beautiful drums to play and build our musical skills with. They are amazing and my students just love the way they sound!

    Our parents are excited and enjoyed the short video we made show casing the new skills we are learning.

    We use the drums for counting experiences singing our alphabets, nursery rhymes and creating rhythmic beats we can dance to.

    You should see their faces light up when I say it's time for music and movement! Everyone pulls together and they are eager to share what they have learned. It is so amazing to see how the instruments are making such a major impact on our classroom on a whole.

    The food was much needed and our families really do appreciate the items we send home weekly. They look forward to our "Weekly Food Bag Program" bags and our students get excited when they see us gathering the materials to prepare them weekly.

    The food bag program is a major help in keeping food on the table for our preschoolers and the gratitude shows with the smiles on their faces.

    Omg! We have been some Busy Bees! We are so thankful for your support to our projects!

    Your donations have made it possible for us to be able to make each one of our students huge present boxes!

    The pajamas, socks, T-shirts, underwear, blankets just to mention a few items, made the boxes an AMAZING gift to share with each of our students and their families for the HOLIDAYS!

    We made a fireplace out of a big box. We will use it to be a part of our picture corner when we present the boxes to our students and their families on the day of our Holiday performance!

    It means so much to us to be able to have our own outdoor activities and equipment to use during our play time and outdoor recess.

    We no longer have to depend on equipment that may be broken or not age and size appropriate.

    Being able to use our balls, ropes, folding bikes and bowling fun can be used anywhere at amy time of the day.makes our. days easier cause we have multiple activities to choose from.

Having access to basic life essentials would help support all areas of their development and make their learning experiences more meaningful . The organizational, cleaning / health and food supplies are essential in opening up the world to them, beginning right in our classrooms. The organizations who support Donors Choose are helping to give my students a much needed boost in learning to positively engage with others and share ideas. We could work on real world issues that effect us right here in our own communities. Learning how to be apart of something bigger than themselves is just a start! By giving us opportunities that we could not afford on our own, you allow us to move forward and become valuable to the communities in which we live.
