  • Math Facts!

    Funded Apr 6, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous contribution to my students and their learning! The students were so excited to receive these math fact kits and couldn't wait to dive right into them.

The math fact kits offer a fun and interactive way for my students to practice their facts and boost their overall numeracy. The students love using these both independently and with a partner. These are used on a daily basis and the students can't get enough of them!

Thank you again for supporting my students, it is truly appreciated!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Craig

  • Snacks, More Snacks, and a Little Candy

    Funded Nov 30, 2022

Thank you so much for your support of my students through your generous donations to this project!

Every day at school we have a snack time, this helps students to take a little break from their studies and to fuel their bodies to keep going. Unfortunately, some students don't have the means to bring a snack to school.

Thanks to you, now every student in our school will have a snack at snack time. They will be able to get the fuel they need to power their learning and keep the focus on academics. Thank you so much for your support!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Craig

  • Books, More Books, and a Few Extras

    Funded Aug 11, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous support! This project is extra special because it was made in collaboration with a colleague, Lori Capelli, and then filled by her wonderful family and friends!

Lori uses these items in her class on a daily basis and they have really made a big impact. The books bring her morning meeting to life, giving her students a great story and bringing the class together. They love getting to hear the fun facts and trivia questions of the day. The math games provide a fun way to practice facts and help students grow in their numeracy. And pencils! Pencils may not be the most fun supply but they sure are essential to a 4th grade room, and thanks to you, she now has plenty!

    Thank you again!”

    Mrs. Craig

  • Snacks Help Me Learn

    Funded Sep 28, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous support of my students! This project is so important because it speaks to the most basic of needs, food! When a child is hungry, they are unable to focus on learning.

Here at Bose Elementary we have something called the Bobcat Closet in which students in need can, among other things, receive a daily snack so they don't have to sit there hungry when their classmates are eating. This project has our closet fully stocked and ready to fuel hungry kids to learn.

    Thank you so much!”

  • I Can Manage My Emotions

    Funded Sep 20, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous support of my classroom. With today's growing challenges, it is so important to be able to not only educate students but also provide for their emotional well-being and teach them how to cope with the emotions they are feeling.

The items provides in the "I Can Manage My Emotions" project enabled us to set up a refocus area in multiple classrooms. This gives them the physical space and time they need to re-set themselves and then re-join the learning.

Thank you again for your support!”

  • Organize our Donations with Clothing and Shoe Racks

    Funded Aug 10, 2022

Thank you so much for donating to this project! I am so excited about these new shelves and organization items!

Our team is already hard at work before school has started to re-organize our donations and get everything on these new shelves.

Our big debut will be open house. The Bobcat Closet will be on display in the gym where parents can shop for clothing for their children. Then, the closet can be rolled back into it's permanent home. This is something that could not have been done without these new sturdy shelves on wheels!

Thank you again for all your support!”

  • Everything and Then Some

    Funded Apr 28, 2022

Wow!! This was such a big project and has made such an impact, thank you so much!

We received a number of storage bins that has made our space much more organized and has helped to more easily find supplies.

The bean bag refills have made our flexible seating much more comfy, especially during reading time!

A fan favorite in the classroom is the scratch and sniff stickers! The students just love getting to pick out their sticker that day and smell the new scent.

The new markers and boards provide endless engagement in learning!

Thank you so much for your generosity and support!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Craig

  • Basic Classroom Supplies

    Funded Apr 28, 2022

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you for once again choosing my students to support in their learning!

Describing the impact of basic school supplies can be quite hard, because, as the name suggests, these are basic supplies to the functioning of a classroom.

The headphones are great because they provide soft headphones for students to listen to a book, take a test, or complete their online work.

The marker boards and markers are used throughout the day to engage students and get a snapshot of learning.

The most fun of all is the scratch 'n' sniff stickers. I love spoiling my students and once I went scratch 'n' sniff, there is now no going back. They love smelling the new stickers and it is such a fun way to end our learning sessions.

Thank you so much for making all of this possible!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Craig

  • Books, Books, Books!

    Funded May 5, 2022

Once again, you did it! When my students had a need, you showed up and filled that need for them, thank you!

The students were so excited to see all of the books! A few of them were added to the classroom library so they are available to everybody, but, most of them were added to the prize bins.

Students can earn a book in several ways. They get a book every time they go up a reading level, they get a book on their birthday, and every time they get 10 stickers they can pick a book or a different reward.

Thank you so much for providing all these amazing books to my students!”

  • A Little of This and That

    Funded Apr 7, 2022

Thank you so much for your match offer! This project was jam-packed with supplies that impact our classroom in so many ways. I will highlight 3 things.

First, fidgets! With the school year wrapping up our students are fidgeting like crazy. These help keep fingers busy but minds focused on learning.

Second, pencils. Pencils are essential from morning work, to writing, to math, and everything else. In the pictures you can even see a student using one to write his name on a compliment ticket for a prize drawing.

Last but certainly not least, the utility cart, or better known as a teaching cart. This cart allows for essential teaching supplies to remain close by but out of the way so that learning never has to stop for a supply.

Thank you again for this amazing match offer!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Craig

This project is designed to build the classroom library with books for my special needs early readers. The books have been selected to target literacy levels A-E and will allow my students to pick their "just-right" books. The books will be used in the classroom during independent reading time. The students are also allowed to each select three books to go home each night so they can have "just-right" books at home for nightly reading. My Special Needs students need more books to engage them in reading and help them to soar in literacy. This project also includes bins and labels to store and label all the books.
