Items that I have chosen will help my very young students prepare for Kindergarten. In order for my students to gain academic progress, their sensory needs must be met simultaneously. I plan to provide my students with access to meet their sensory needs with a variety of toys, fidgets, and objects. Students will have access to these items at various times of the day such as, before morning circle, during academic centers, as a reward, and simply when they ask. Success and gains will be made when their needs are met!
