• We Need Stainless Steel Pots to make Cream Anglaise

We have used the previous pots we purchased to conjure up some sweet desserts and soups like chicken thai soup and other soups. we have appreciated greatly all the money and donations you have given us. • Literacy in Culinary Arts With New Library of Cookbooks

  We appreciate your donation of cookbooks and allowing us to use them. they were very helpful in our cooking, and we used them to their fullest potential. in our class we have used them, we used them to make scones, and many other recipes we enjoy our recipes and being able to take them from the cookbooks. another recipe we used this year is Thai chili soup. we have also used the cookbooks to prepare for parties and we will be using them again for our biggest party of the year, which is in 3 weeks.”

• Ice Cream Machine

  Thank for your donation of the ice cream machine to my class and me. We really appreciate the support from you. And now we're able to expand on our knowledge within the kitchen.

  With this Ice cream Machine, I will be able to teach the class the science behind what makes milk and cream into ice cream and to stay cold and keep its structure. From there we can also create other frozen delights using the machine and understand the flavor and texture it becomes when fully mixed in the machine.

• Cooking With Recipes From a World Renowned Chef

  Thank you donors for Cooking with recipes from a world renowned chef My students and I use these books to learn and practice the recipes in it. When they first saw the materials they were excited to get started on cooking from these cook books. Student will use these sample recipes to see which on is good for the event. They will cook these sample dishes. Then the students will present these dishes to the teachers council and decide which of the dishes will be served at this event. Thank you donors for sending us these recipes so that my students can learn from a chef.”

• Juicer for Culinary Extraction of Flavor

• Our School Wants To Healthy Fry

  We would like to thank you very much for the air fryer. In the next 3 lessons, we'll be using the air fryer to do our quick bread and baking unit. My students are so excited to start using the air fryer because we can eat healthier instead of frying with oil. We'll be using the air fryer to make different kinds of foods and see how they turn out. We'll make pies, french fries, donuts, frozen foods, potatoes and other goodies.

• Give us Sharp Knifes for Culinary Arts!

  Thank you for the knifes donation! The knives helped us improved our young chefs cutting skills. The students were very impressed on how much knives we got and how sharp they were. This donation helped the students get over their fear of using knives. Also, helped our young chef's to know about unite knife cuts. Such as, julienne, allumette, bayonet, brunoise, small dice, medium dice, large dice, paysanne and tornee. We really appreciate your donations, and we're really grateful! • Help! Need a White Board for Our Recipes

  The white board really affected our classroom performance. The students performance in class improved so much, thanks to you! When students comes to class their eyes go straight to the white board. They immediately know what they are required to do. Ever since we got the white board, students immediately start doing their do-nows efficiently. This has improved our classroom because our students know what is expected of them. Also, lets them to the steps they have to take to complete the assignment.”

• Let's Make Jumbo Muffins This Fall to Spark Creativity

  The students were so happy when we got our new Jumbo Muffin pans. We started a new lesson and focused on Muffins and we gave the students a new way to spark creativity. They used any thing they wanted, and man they were creative with their ideas. You helped these students be proud of what they made. These pans will be used year after year, we greatly appreciate this donation and we will make sure to recommend donors choose to other people so they can get things they need. Your product were easy to use, and it was simple yet but fun experience.”

• We Need Drying Racks for Our Pots and Pans!

  Hi and thank you for being part of our class and helping us. We need these drying racks to keep ore food safe . If the pots and dishes don't get dry and the allows people to get sick. This is one of our main units kitchen safety and sanitation. These pot and pan racks help the student more in to washing cleaning Because everything looks more organized . This help everyone work hard at there station just because it is organized. Thank you for helping our classroom !!!!! And making it be the best class it could be.”
