Thank you for funding our class item requested of safety glasses. We now have enough that all students have their own, without the need to share. We also have labeled in our storage cabinet each individual student's glasses with their names in their own holders so students can be responsible for their own glasses. This has helped with arguing over "who has the better glasses" when all are uniform in type, style, and color. Thank you again for funding this opportunity for our school and our classroom!”

Thank you for your continuous generous support to our classroom by funding cooking pans for our students to use in the classroom for more hands on projects. So far in our food science class we have figured up recipes for popcorn and rice krispies, completely designing measurements for those then dissecting the nutrition of each item to create accurate nutrition labels for each item. We also processed quail and cooked them in the pans. We plan to use them for many more items throughout the years! Thanks again!”

Thank you for your charitable donation to our classroom and agriculture program by funding a cattle clipping/grooming chute for our students to use for local, county, district, and state fairs. It doesn't make sense for each individual student to purchase this big ticket item that would theoretically only be used for four to five years, so having this item for all students to use year after year makes much more sense and will save space within the barns. Thanks again for your kindness and generosity for our students.”
Thank you for providing materials for our classroom to use to provide more hands on activities and student engagement for STEM and STEAM sciences for our students. Thank you for giving our students the opportunity to have fresh supplies that some may not have been able to afford. I would never want to single out a student for not having the materials needed to learn and be productive so having class sets that are for student use is something I as well as them are very thankful for. Students have appreciated the thoughtfulness of this gift significantly.”

We are very grateful for the donors choose community and all the givers to projects of our students. Thank you so much again for your generosity to our program! Students have appreciated the thoughtfulness of this gift significantly.”

Thank you for providing materials for our classroom to use to provide more hands on activities for our students. This drill has been used numerous times since purchase to hammer out concrete when building railing for our bus drop off to drilling out cornhole board centers for student projects, to wire wheeling off paint off a restoration tractor project. . Students have appreciated the thoughtfulness of this gift significantly. Thank you again for this opportunity for our classroom and students!”

Thank you for your donation to our classroom which included the purchase of welding rods for our classroom. We have a large volume of students that go into welding trades and have an interest in introduction to welding, so providing this opportunity allows for those students to be able to have real life, hands on experiences so they are more prepared when they enter the workforce or go to trade school.
The next steps include my students returning to the classroom this fall with a fully funded program ready to go.”

Thank you for donating to us items that we are using in our outdoor garden classroom area - tarps to put around our fruit trees, pointed shovels for digging holes to plant our garden, and a gas can to aid in easy transfer of fuel to our tiller. We appreciate the items being donated and they have come in handy so much this year already. I love the quote from Jenny Uglow, "We might think we are nurturing our garden, but of course it's our garden that is really nurturing us." I decipher this quote in so many levels in thinking that gardens aid in healthy development of our children. Thank you again for your donation!”
Thank you for the donation of the grain moisture tester to our classroom. We have been able to use the moisture tester as a hands on materials in our crop science and technology class so far as a method of testing grain samples to see if they are ready to be harvested. Grain buying companies only accept grain that is within a certain range of moisture or else they will not purchase or they will pay you as the grower less money for your crop. This is an important step to the harvesting process that now many of my students know how to do because of your very kind donation. Thanks again!”
