For the help in my classroom. My student will be a key to do more during their contest next year for Robotics. I hope that other students will benefit more throughout the years. Without your donation and generosity, none of this would be possible. Thank you again for all your help.”
Our students here at PVHS have really benefited with your donation to help our weightroom. Both boys and girls from 7th grade to 12th grade are using the large flat screen TV to monitor workouts, see who is improving, watching videos on how to improve form and get stronger, and keep up with cycles each day. The PE teachers are able to use the Apple iPad mini with instruction, and they even let the students keep up with work outs and compete within teams using it. Motivational quotes are displayed daily. Some are chosen by the coaches, and others by the leaders from the different sports teams at the school. For some it is a good start to the day, or awesome ending to the day. The students really feel like our weightroom is improving and starting to look like some of the other larger schools around us. We hope to continue to build our programs, and your donation is helping us to get where we want!”
What a joy it has been to witness the impact your contribution has made on the Pleasant Valley High School students. Our school does not have a lot of technology and the Apple TV's that we received helped the teachers be able to mirror lesson from their iPads, which created a bigger impact of learning than the traditional writing on the board or lecture based lesson. The teachers feel they are now stepping toward being up to date with the technology that other schools have. The students have used the dongles to display projects made from their iPads, and the color coordinated case protectors helped them stay organized and quickly get into groups, which made for more time to work than to finding which device in which they stared their project. Again, thank you for helping our school step into this new age of technology! We are very grateful!!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Wolfe

Most of the students at my school come from families that have grown up in this small community their whole life. Then we have others that come from all over the US looking for a small school environment. Our students are well behaved and very respectful. We have a community that is very supportive and wants the best for their child. Parents, students, and teachers at my small school of just over 500 deserve to have the same opportunities as those of a larger school.
