Super Scientists!
Funded Nov 29, 2012Thank you so much for your kind donations to my classroom. The students are excited everyday when they are able to use the items. They feel like they are playing instead of actually learning. The students are even asking during free time to "play" with the new games.
Science is sometimes left behind, but with these new activities I will be able to incorporate it into teaching right along with math and reading. These items will be used for many years to come with future students. Again, thank you for donating to a wonderful group of kids. Your generousity means the world to me.”

Rockin' Readers!
Funded Aug 18, 2012Thank you so much for your kind donations to my classroom. The children have loved using the new materials we received. I love watching them learn and "play" with the new items. It is amazing to see their love for learning while working with the new centers.
My students thrive with hands on centers and these are just what they needed to help master the skills. The children are building words like crazy! They know their beginning sounds and rhyming and this is all thanks to you.
It's amazing how far your donation goes when it comes to students learning. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for donating to a group of amazing students.”

Kindergarteners Can Read Too!
Funded Nov 27, 2011Thank you so much for your kind donations to my classroom. You don't know how much the kids and I appreciate it. The kids were thrilled when we received the packages with the books. It felt like Christmas in Kindergarten. They love reading and have become really confident with their reading. I love hearing them say, "I can really read!". These books have helped build their confidence with reading. As a teacher it is great to see your students pick up a book and actually read it instead of just looking at the pictures. They now choose reading over the other activities we have available. This is all possible because of your donation.
I really appreciate your generosity. ”

Kindergarten is Leaping into Literacy!
Funded Mar 1, 2011Thank you so much for your generous donation! When the box arrived the kids were very excited. They couldn't wait to play with all the new materials.
The reading materials have been wonderful in the class. The kids love to work with them. We use the activities daily during reading.
The children have gained confidence while working with the new hands-on activities. Many times the kids will ask to play with these during free time. I am thankful that you donated to a group of kids you do not know. You have impacted their lives. These materials have helped sufficiently with their reading.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your thoughtfulness means so much to us!”

Magnificent Math!
Funded Feb 27, 2011Thank you so much for your kind donation. It means a lot that you would donate to help children learn.
The children LOVE the new Math activities and games. They are always asking to play with the new games even during free time. They love the fishing for numbers game and the elephant number match. The number stamps have helped with forming the numbers correctly, and the addition and subtraction games have been great with the hands-on activities.
The resources that you provided have made learning new Math concepts fun and enjoyable. It has also helped to reinforce old Math concepts. Thank you so much for your kind donation. It means a lot!”

Kindergarten Fun!
Funded Sep 29, 2010Thank you so much for your generous donation. The kids were very excited to receive the package in the mail and they could not wait to open it up to see the new items. They have really enjoyed using our new reading materials. They absolutely love the word puzzles and the sorting cards. We use these every week as a reading center. They also enjoy using the Letter of the Day chart. They enjoy reading the different cards and the poem about the letter for the week. Many times, they will ask to play with one of the new reading activities instead of a play center.
Thank you again for providing these new materials for my students. They have enjoyed using them as I'm sure the future generations will. I greatly appreciate your commitment to education and willingness to give to children in need. You have made my student's enjoy learning to read by providing them with these hands on activities. ”
