Math Games = Mathematicians!

My students absolutely love these math folder games. It is wonderful to see them using them independently during Math Workshop. The folder games have the answers, so students can instantly see what they did right! They love seeing that they "Got them all Right!" and when they don't get them all correct, I can show them what to do to fix their answers.

When I explained that someone donated the folder games and Zingo game to our class so we can become better mathematicians, they were shocked. They were so thrilled. How thoughtful, how nice, they must love math, they must be rich - were just some of their responses.

Each day when we use these games in the class, whether independently or with a partner, I know they are becoming stronger in math.

I am so appreciative of these games because I can sit with a small group and teach knowing the remaining students have an activity to do. Planning games and activities for the class takes a lot of time and these games really helped me out because all I have to do is open the box and I thank you for this!!”
