I am pleased to bring you the many projects needed to support the Culinary Center of our Middle School Classroom. In my opinion, one of the most unfortunate lost arts of this generation is having the ability to cook. I am currently helping my students fall back in love with basic culinary arts skills. I teach the art of creating and eating delicious food and my students are loving it. Yes, it's beyond important to teach our next generation how to read, write, add, subtract, and wonder. I also believe it's important to teach students these skills in context by using our kitchens. My students use their academic skills in my classroom daily. They use the math, science, and reading skills needed in order to keep themselves from burning their food! Help me inspire our future generation to value how delicious creativity can be. Thank you for your consideration.
