Teaching in a Title I school means that a lot of times, we as teachers have to buy our own supplies or go without. It also means materials given by the district are often old, worn out, or don't work. Our school headphones are no exception. I would like to have a brand new class set of working headphones in my classroom. These will enable the students to use programs and participate in district-mandated testing in a quiet setting to allow for maximum academic growth. They will also allow students to listen to videos required for instruction. Being able to have my own set of headphones will allow students for years to come to utilize this project!
