  • Charged and Ready

    Funded Aug 5, 2019

Thank you so much for the Charging Station, it has really made an impact on my classroom. My students enjoy the responsibility of putting away the Chromebooks and plugging them in to be charged the next day. It has also made it easier for us to start the day off smoothly and quickly each morning. If it wasn't for you we would not have the opportunity to keep our Chromebooks locked away and charged for the next day. We send our gratitude and our warm thank you to you for making our classroom technology safe.”

  • Please Protect the Chrome!

    Funded Mar 27, 2018

The Chromebooks educational license has helped us protect our Chromebooks and keep them up to date. It helps monitor and customize the settings for the Chromebooks

Technology is used everyday in and out of all classrooms around the world. Giving students this gift inside of a classroom is like hitting the lottery. That is how it feels every time someone has donated to our projects. Knowing that there are people around the world willing to give a gift like technology to students that deserve all the goodness in the world is amazing.

Technology is used to create winners. You can win at anything. But winning in the classroom is where it all begins. So creating winners is what teachers do! But teachers always need help and that is where people like you come in. You help us all create winners. We thank you so much for your donation.”

  • Help Us See and Hear Technology! Chroming Our Way

    Funded Mar 27, 2018

The headphones and the Chromebooks have made a big difference for our students. Having resources to help the students learn makes a difference in their lives. The headphones and Chromebooks are being used for testing and other educational technology programs.

The students are most excited because they have new headphones that are up to date and that work. The Chromebooks have made a big impact on them because they can move around the room and find a comfortable place to learn.

All the students love the new technology, but the older students have really enjoyed them. It gives them a new opportunity to learn technology in a different way. It also lets them come up with ideas that they can share with the class. We thank you so much for your donation”

  • Let's Chrome These Students Up! Google Us!

    Funded Feb 21, 2018

We have been using the Chromebooks in the computer lab to explore technology and use them for accessing many of the educational websites that are available to us. The students have enjoyed learning on the Chromebooks. They can't wait to use them each time they come to the computer lab. They have been an exciting addition to our computer lab and they have become a very popular items for all of the students.

The students get the most excitement from trying out the new technology and seeing how it works. Some of the students have never seen or heard of a Chromebook and I am glad I get to experience the excitement with them.

I am a teacher who loves technology and I will continue to pass on that love with my students. As long as there are wonderful people like you there is no limit to what these beautiful minds can learn. Thank you from all of us here at Meadow Lane Elementary School. We salute each and everyone of you on helping us become a part of the growing world of technology!!!!”

  • Classworks Digital Learning-Meko Artis

    Funded Dec 30, 2017

Technology is a very important resource for any student to use in school. It helps my students gain control of their learning. It also gives students a sense of importance for themselves and their peers. This project has giving my students such motivation to want to learn and explore technology even more. Technology is used to help students learn their own way. We have to differentiate and help them find their own individual learning paths. Technology programs such as Classworks is a great resource that my students use at school. They all learn at their own pace and it is amazing!

They were so excited to do Classworks on the Chromebooks. They were also excited to know that they could hear every activity because of the new headphones. Having new technology and having technology materials that work have really helped with the momentum in the computer lab. Less talking and more learning.

All of the students K-4 have really enjoyed the Chromebooks and the headphones. A lot of the students had no experience using a Chromebook, so that was such an exciting moment for them and me as well. I even had a student to cry and tell me thank you for all I do. So from us to you thank you for helping us get the much needed technology for our computer lab!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Meko Artis

Computer technology is all over the world and I think each and every student should experience it as much as they can. Testing, research, and great learning programs such as Classworks are being used everyday in our classroom. My classroom is a 4th grade class so we also have the need for cleaning supplies daily. Having a clean environment will promote positive learning. All of our students are special students who strive to become better everyday. Why not give them the world if you could. Having different technology materials and resources will be a big help .School can become very stressful students lack what they need. I would like for this classroom to be a stress free zone for these bright learners and I think that this project would help with that.
