I have amazing students how want to learn! However, they often have difficulty regulating themselves with behaviors at times for many reason including Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and lead exposure. Because of a financial and ongoing water crisis, we have great need for tools to increase sensory regulation. This project will allow me to provide my students with additional self regulation tools in the therapy room and in the classroom! Our kids respond well to sensory stimulation including ways to self calm with items like the the oral chews, and sensory canoe, and body sleeves, or to calm or get the movement they seek with crash pads. These are tools that will make a great difference for my students!
