I have 22 students of varying backgrounds and ethnicity. I have 14 boys and 8 girls. They are completely different students when we are doing a hands-on experiment. They love them and I try to do multiple experiments each week. Our school is a new STEM magnet school and I have students from across the county, many of which receive free or reduced lunch. My class is ready and willing to learn, but I want to provide more hands-on resources. Unfortunately we don't have the financial resources at our school to purchase many of the hands-on resources we want and need for experiments.
