Technology Is Our Friend!
Funded Jun 26, 2023I want to thank you so much for donating to our project. My students and I are so excited. Although I have changed schools, I am still able to use these materials with my new students. It has worked out so well, because my little 3K students are able to make drawings and take pictures for their projects on the computer you so generously donated to us.
I think the most exciting aspect of everything is seeing my little student's faces light up when they see their own little creations on this computer.
Thank you again for your very generous donation.”

This classroom project was brought to life by PwC.Copy This, Copy That!
Funded Apr 6, 2023Thank you so much for your generous donation. My students and I were able to use this copy paper for so many different things. We used the copy paper for worksheets, art, and most importantly to create their Google Slide Projects.
Without your huge generosity, students would not have been able to share their creations with their friends and family. I was able to witness firsthand the smile on their faces as they got to present their projects. Since they were printed out they could bring their projects home as a keepsake.
The students will continue to benefit from your awesome generosity. Thank you again!”

Funded Jan 12, 2023Thank you so much for your generous donation. My students and I are very grateful for your support. Technology is so important in this day and age, especially with young students. My students love to create projects on their computers and have me print them out.
Currently, my students are working on a variety of projects for our Language Arts period. They have been creating either pamphlets, Google slides or Posters on their Chromebooks. The students share their work to my Google Drive and I am able to print it for them. They have used programs such as Google slides and "Canva" to create their projects.
All of my students love to use technology for their projects and also for learning in general. They have researched, completed many web quests and taken assessments on their computers. Most of all they love creating their own projects.
Thank you again for your generosity.”

Funded Mar 25, 2022Thank you so much for supporting my students. Now that you have funded our project the students have the supplies they need for a successful school year. We now have copy paper to make the necessary copies for our programs. We have dry erase markers to work on our slates during math.
When the students opened the packages they were so excited. Most students did not have a dry erase marker to work on their slates. They were able to use them to complete their math problems on their slates. They were also excited that we got copy paper because they already were able to fill in some fun worksheets.
Now that we have the supplies we will use them with care so we can have them for the whole school year. Thank you again for contributing to our project.”

This classroom project was brought to life by Optimum.A Dell for Learning!
Funded Dec 25, 2021Thank you so much for generously funding our Donor's Choose Project for a Dell Inspiron Computer. Our class was in so much need of this updated computer. Now they will not have to wait so long for each website to come up, this computer has such good processing speed.
My students and I could not be happier. They are such eager learners and are already making plans for the projects they can do on the computer. Plus, now if for some reason we have to go Remote again, I now have a reliable source to work from.
I wish I could say that it was only me who was excited, but if you could have seen the look on my students' faces when I told them the project was funded, it would light up your face as well.
Again, thank you for funding our project. Donor's like you keep the children and the teachers hopes for materials alive.
Sincerely,
Melissa Cacace-Vila”

Funded Jul 12, 2021Thank you so much for the notebooks, steno pads, folders and rolling wipe-off board and other school supplies. The students and I couldn't be happier. When the students opened the boxes their faces lit up. They were so excited to have been provided with these materials. It will help ease the financial strain on their parents for the school year.
Each student was able to get the writing pads to use for their writing drafts. They got the steno pads to help with class-notes. They are organizing their work in the folders that you provided. They are also able to use the wipe-off folders to hold their work and to write on. We have already used the wipe-off board, which is perfect size.
Thank you so much for your generosity. The students and I appreciate your kindness.”

Funded Sep 16, 2020Thank you so much for donating to our project, "Beautiful Scholars Need Notebooks." These are some unprecedented times we live in and money is tight for many of our students. Most are having trouble buying their supplies for school. However, thanks to you none of my students will need to purchase notebooks. They each will get a notepad for homework, 3 subject notebook and a composition notebook. These will be all the notebooks they need for this year in order to succeed.
Thank you again. It is donors like you that show how compassionate people can be for our students that are in need.”

Funded May 5, 2020Thank You so much for funding our project, "Bring Books to life Through Art." In these unprecedented times students need a way to have some normalcy. What better way to do this than through art. Now alongside their work, my students will be able to create and use their imagination to make wonderful additions to their writing, by including art work.
When my students first opened the packages their faces were beaming. They were so happy to see that they were going to be able to use the paints. They were only used to drawing and coloring with colored pencils. Now they can actually paint their work. I wish you could have seen their faces.
Thank you again for your very generous donation.”

Funded May 5, 2020We can't thank you enough for helping to fund our project for an Epson Eco-Tank ET-3710 printer. This printer will help our students throughout the year to create and display their work.
You helped to ensure a more productive school year for our students. They are excited to be able to print out their assignments and to showcase their work. This is especially valuable to the students who are reluctant to write in their notebooks. Now they have a tool to help them foster their ideas.
We have already started using the printer. The students decided their first printing assignment would be ways to stay safe during COVID19. This was a great way to engage our students. They were so excited that they could choose their own color to print their work in.
Again, thank you for wonderful donation. It was greatly appreciated.”

Funded Dec 3, 2019Thank you so much for the gratitude you have shown toward my students.
Math is a particularly challenging subject for my students and they really need to work out the problems, so that they can see it in front of them. Rather than using notebooks it is easier for them to use the dry erase slates and markers. It makes it more fun for them to do the math. It's also easier for them to erase their work and start a new problem. The glue sticks have been so useful for art activities and reading activities. The Sharpie markers are a great way for me to write what they learned on chart paper.
I'm so appreciative for your donation. We thank you so much. Your kindness has touched all my students hearts.”
