  • Resource Refill!

    Funded Mar 31, 2025

Thank you so much for being a part of this great group of people coming together to support and encourage the incredible growth taking place in my resource room. Every day we are pushing ourselves to learn more and become stronger in reading and math. These materials being brought into our room are so essential in helping me try to reach all of my students. Having these materials will allow me to create a space that is accessible and provide my students with a variety of resources that will help them grow. But even more magical than that is that you are showing my students that so many people care about their education and want them to succeed and that alone makes them want to try harder and learn more.

Thank you for making all of this possible!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Bradley

  • Spruce Up the Small Group Center!

    Funded Feb 3, 2024

I cannot express how thankful I am for your generosity! The students loved the new small group table! We were able to create the perfect place for small group time. With the use of the dry erase dots, students love being able to write on the tables to work out their math problems. We also love using to Orton Gillingham materials to enhance our literacy group. Our day runs so smoothly with having multiple working groups going on at once. None of this would have been possible without your support!

Thank you again for your kindness in donating to our resource room!”

I cannot express how thankful I am for your generosity! The students loved the new prize choices! Our treasure box is now filled with a variety of items such as fidgets, pop its, water bottles, snacks and stickers. The students loved being able to decorate their water bottles and make them unique. • Learning in Color!

    Funded Nov 20, 2021

I cannot express how thankful I am for your generosity! I now have a reliable way to print materials in color. The students benefit from having resources in color and enjoy seeing the vibrant images such as math place value blocks and images to associate with the letter sounds. The printer is also used to print documents to send home to the parents. We also used the vibrant cardstock to help create fun wall displays to go along with our work.

Thank you again for your kindness in donating to our resource room!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Bradley

  • Welcome to Book Club!

    Funded Dec 20, 2021

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide my students with new and exciting books. My students were excited to not only open the box of books but to quickly skim through the books to see which they would want to read first. 4th grade decided to read Dragons in the Bag and 5th grade decided to read J.D. and the Barbershop Battle. My students are eager and look forward to our Book Club groups.

Through Book Club, I am able to introduce important reading comprehension topics such as identifying main idea/details and story elements. Students are not usually engaged with these types of lessons. However, with the use of our new books students are eager to answer questions and provide examples from our text. I am seeing students who normally do not volunteer to answer questions or read out loud consistently raise their hand each time.

As a whole my students have shown great interest in the books. I think one of the main reasons for this is that they can relate to the stories and can identify with the main characters. These stories are also modern and use terms or experiences that are relatable with my students. I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and giving me the opportunity to spark a love of reading with my students.”

  • Wobble as We Learn

    Funded Mar 18, 2022

I cannot express how thankful I am for your generosity. I am thrilled to be able to provide my students with a different seating option. The students are going to be so excited when they hear about the new stools! They love having different options for seating in the resource room. Some need the ability to move while they learn and work.

Thank you again for your kindness in donating to our resource room!”

  • Keeping Student Data Safe

    Funded May 5, 2021

I cannot express how thankful I am for your generosity! There is now a safe space in my classroom to keep student data secure. The filing cabinet also allows me to keep student work samples to share with each family. The portable scanner allows for documents to be uploaded without leaving the classroom. The shredder is also playing a vital role in student data safety. I am now able to properly dispose of confidential information.

Thank you again for your kindness in donating to our resource room!”

  • Reading Comprehension Lessons Through Distance Learning!

    Funded Jun 27, 2020

Thank you for helping us start the school year with new lessons and ideas! Staying on task is easier for my students with new materials. I am so grateful to have the ability to prep and plan now, and develop new projects to keep my students engaged whether in distance learning, a hybrid, or back at school. The small group centers help us work on our reading comprehension skills while making learning fun. My in person learners enjoy the small group centers, even if it looks a little different due to COVID.

    Thank you for your kindness,”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Bradley

My school is full of vibrant, excited learners ready for new challenges each and every day! We are a preK-8th grade school, and in every grade we develop a strong classroom community to support one another. My school is made up of students with special needs, gifted students and English language learners. We fill our days with rigorous academics and extraordinary teachers.learners. Despite all of the challenges these students face in their daily lives, each one of them comes to school ready to learn. My students all come from lower-income families that struggle each day to make ends meet. Many of these children face poverty and violence on a daily basis that is well beyond what most of us could imagine. I want to teach my students to rise up and be the best they can be. They have a passion for learning and I want to be able to successfully help them reach their learning goals.
