  • Let's Get Techy!

    Our technology in the classroom is providing readiness for the world where technology is used heavily in many jobs. All of our writing and reading work is done on the computer in the form of Digital notebooks. Digital Notebooks allow us to comments and help students in real time with the click of the button. This allows us to help more students at one time.

    Our laptops are really new and large. The students love the big screen to see their work better. They love using their devices in the classroom for a myriad of reasons, so they enjoy using the laptops.”

  • The Basics!

    My students and I have been using the materials to create resources for our room. For example, for out Math Units, we used the chart markers and sharpies to make anchor charts as a resource throughout the work we do. We also use the post its for quick jots during out Read Aloud and Reading Lessons.

    Our students are excited when we have fun materials to use in our room. They love using different color post its when doing their work because they look nice!

    My next steps is to continue to provide our students with the best resources in order to better their learning.”

With COVID still being prevalent throughout the world, it is required that a lot of out instructional materials are accessible online. With this, students need access to these instructional materials in the classroom. In the classroom, majority of my students' work is digital which require technology. This is why I am looking to get some computers for my students to use while in school. Being that they will be at school, they will always have access to a device in the building which will not hinder their learning. Thank you!
