The school I teach at is a charter school that is open to all students, regardless of their home address. We attract students from the city, the mountains, and from the country. My students enjoy working with technology, and building projects. They learn best when they are creating. My school is a science focused charter school, and we are taking steps daily to increase that focus. This year we created units for the 2015-2016 school year that integrate all of the subjects, so rather than teach a math block and an English block the subjects will be taught together, usually around a science topic.
