  • First Grade Must Haves

    I just want to thank you for your donation to my classroom. The students I have this year are enjoying all of the wonderful items that were purchased through this donors choose. I have been able to use the stools at my teacher table. The students love being able to sit on them for reading and math groups. Some of the other items like the pencil sharpener, pencil dispenser, command strips, and mini board erasers have all been very helpful. The pencil dispenser has allowed me to use a different pencil routine that has worked great this year. The mini erasers are used at our small group table as well as math and reading buckets. Again thank you so much for your donation to my classroom!!”

    The materials that you have so graciously donated too have been such a blessing in my classroom. We use the materials and books donated in whole group and small group reading.

    As a teacher I always strive to make reading fun and exciting. These books and materials are doing just that. I am able to provide a variety of books for them to read on their own as well as activating their thinking through read aloud texts.

  • Reading Nook

    My students love the reading book that you funded! They were so excited to have a big rug to sit on during whole group math and reading. The rug is a comfortable spot for them to sit on instead of the floor. They love the pillows that sit in the chairs that I already had. They use these for comfort while reading independently. We are beyond thankful for the support you have shown. My students and I want to personally thank you!!

    The first grade class I have is so bright and they love to learn. We have had several weeks to get in a routine and we are so thankful for the support!!”
