• TPT Gift Cards to Help My Fourth Graders!

  I have used my TPT gift cards to download great activities. For example, for Black Month History, I was able to download different projects/ideas. The students did an amazing job, so amazing that we displayed the end product on the lobby. We also read the book Hope Chest, and thanks to the TpT cards, I was able to find more resources to support and scaffold their learning, such as summaries of each chapter and quizzes. I was also able to find learning centers. Thank you so much for your generosity.”

• Amplifying Our Students' Voices

  Thanks to your donation, our students have been using the microphones in the classroom everyday. This has given them more confidence to participate throughout the day. It has also increased their confidence. Most of them are not afraid to grab the microphone when asked to share their opinion. Some of our students are students with special needs and these microphones have given them more power and has burst their confidence. We have also used these during our presentations. • Homework Folders Means Better Parent Communication

  Thank you so much again for your kindness and for helping me fund our project. My students have been using their folders everyday. We use the black folders for our home-to-school connection. We use the green folders for their Math materials. The red ones are used for their Writing. Their blue folders are used during their guided reading groups.

  Even more, studies have shown more than a causal link between color coding and memory, and there's ample evidence that color coding can help students key in to critical information. Smart use of color in an elementary classroom can help with knowledge retention and knowledge transfer as well as differentiation.

• Digital Resources

  Thank you so much for your donations toward a digital card of Teachers pay Teachers. It has saved me a lot of time. Every student in my classroom has different needs. So in addition to the visual supports and other materials needed to support our students, we need a lot of material in our toolboxes to pull out and individualize our instruction for our students. TpT has created a vehicle for doing just that.This website also has increased collaboration among my grade level teams by using the same resources.”

  Thank you so much for your kind donation. Thanks to you our students have been to able to learn more about Black History. While Black History Month is meant to celebrate one particular culture, it is an opportunity for everyone to learn, share and take pride in the Black achievers that came before us and continue to make history. One of my favorite ways to do this in my own classroom is through art. We studied five African-American artists whose art is beautiful, interesting, and meaningful. Plus some project ideas to emulate their wonderful art.”

• Charging Our Devices 2

  Thanks to your donation my students are able to charge their devices every day. Classroom charging stations also provide accountability and security when it comes to devices. We all have left devices, chargers, adapters, and other items for our technical support at home before. Students are no different. Have the assurance you need that there will be enough devices for all students that are ready to go at the beginning of the day to start. This cables have been very beneficial for my students.
