All children should have access to an appropriate and rigorous education! Kindergarten is the foundation of students' skill building that will support academic and social-emotional learning and growth for the rest of their lives. As a kindergarten and special education teacher, I believe it is important to celebrate all achievement, big and small. I want to set up my students on the path to achievement and success. My students deserve access to resources that will support achievement. These materials support hands on learning that builds the fundamental skills of math and literacy. These materials will give my students agency in their own learning! For example, we will use the Math Calendar to understand the structure of time while practicing number sense, and the Early Reading Comprehension will foster students love of reading and storytelling while also building their understanding of relationships and emotions. By supporting my project, you will be a part of the relationship building, learning and development that my students deserve.
