  • Loud and Reliable Wireless Speaker for the Dance Studio/Gym

The speaker will definitely be used daily as I teach teenagers the wonderful world of Salsa dancing within the Dance/Physical Education program that I will be conducting at my school.     The books will be used next year in their library collection and also added to the school library. Students will be able to borrow some of these new books as well and use it for their book clubs or guided reading groups.

  • Literacy Resources for Dance Scholars in East Harlem

    The scholars at my school loved when I was able to introduce the new books during the school year and will be happy when it is added to their school library. Thank you again donating and supporting the project.

    The books will be used next year in their Dance library collection and also added to the school library. Students will be able to borrow some of these new books as well. The students loved when I was live streaming the book and reading out aloud to the whole Google Meets room.

These books will continue to enhance the scholars at my school when it comes to their dance education. Being that many things are being done remotely this year, it would be great to have these books read aloud while streaming to all the scholars who are in remote and in person at my school. It will be a nice addition to the dance room library as well for any scholar to read and borrow when schools are all back to in person in the near future. By having a dance library, scholars will be able to learn the many different types of dances there are in the world and learn the different cultures that pertain to that dance. They can also explore the different stories related to dance that these books will provide.

About my class
