In my 12:1:4 classroom there are 5 students who have cerebral palsy. I use technology such as my personal phone and my personal laptop to engaged them during lessons. I want to reach all of my students at the same time. Having tablets in my classroom will not only create access but will multiple their opportunities and resources to learn. The tablets for our students will establish a level of equity, now they will have the same access as their peers who can use a pen and paper. We know that student's diagnosis and disability should not determine what resources they receive to learn. I know this project will introduce new expectations for our students academic goals.
