  • Making Sense Of Our Senses

    Thank you all so much for your generous donations. Thanks to the new materials we received my students' sensory needs are better met.

    All of my students were thrilled with the new sensory toys. They all loved the sensory balls!

    Thanks to the pressure vests, body soxs, the chewies and the weighed pillows my student's ability to focus and participate during circle time has significantly increased.

    The Squoosh Chair is definitely one of their favorite things to play with. They have been using it either for deep pressure, by sitting on it, or they simply enjoy to roll on it to the tune of Row Row Your Boat. Not to mention that it also makes a good resting pillow if needed.

  • Story Time for Preschoolers with Autism

    A very big thank you to all of you for your generous donations to our project. Thanks to you, storytime has become much more fun and appealing to my students. Having the story props for books like Chika Chika Boom Boom keeps my students engaged and genuinely interested.

    The puppets have been a favorite addition to our classroom toy collection. As a teacher of children with autism, I am proud to see them able to expand their play using the puppets and the glimpses of imaginative/pretend play that is starting to unfold, is heartwarming.”
