Having a ready and organized classroom that is easy accessible and at a child's eye level is key to having a successful classroom!
Through the funding of my project Oh So Organized! you have helped me create a classroom that is all that and a bag of chips! Thank you so much for your generosity and for investing in my classroom and my beautiful students.
Every new concept and new books are reachable for them to use and manipulate. The magnetic clips help me be able to rearrange my classroom after every week with ease! It has really impacted my classroom in a positive way!”
Winters in South Texas are rainy, windy and sometimes cold. We very rarely get snow. I wanted the chance to explore a winter activities that they may not get exposed to. With your help my students created ornaments to take home, a stocking to hang up with their names on it and even create snowmen with snow!
Experiences like these are priceless as they develop new vocabulary, explore new traditions and create fun, long lasting memories.
Thank you so much for investing in my little learners and for exposing them for a winter unlike any other.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Williams

My little learners love hearing read aloud and engaging in pre-reading skills. They love going into our in-classroom library and reading to a friend or one of our many Reading Buddies (stuffed animals).
In Pre-K 3 we strive to build a love of books and with your help we were able to send each of my little learners a beautiful, hardcover book with detailed illustrations that they would be able to share with their families and begin growing their at-home library.
Thank you so much for investing in my students!”

The Holiday Season is an exciting time for children all over the world! My students were so excited when we read these books in class! They were even more excited when they found out they were each going home with their very own hardcover copies to keep at home! They very proudly carried these bags through the school hallways and were excited to show their parents.
Nurturing a love of reading in the toddler years is so important for building a forever reader.
Thank you so much for investing in my little learners! Happy Holidays and happy New Year!”

This project was so special and dear to my heart because unfortunately my PK-3 students do no get to go to Physical Education class. I really wanted to provide a large motor activity that we could do inside our classroom.
With your donation we were able to acquire stepping stones to create a circuit in our classroom! The students had so much fun playing while working on their balance and large motor skills.
Thank you so much for your generosity and for you investing in my Pre-Kindergarten students.”
Your contribution has given me countless of authentic lessons for my students using these beautiful books for every season!
We will learn about changes in weather, traditions around the world, parts of the books, new vocabulary, how to make predictions, retelling a story, rhyming words and so much more! Thank you so much for investing in my classroom and in my little learners! Books are gems and treasures in my classroom and I am so excited to share them with my students as they explore and learn in pre-k!”

I cannot begin to explain the huge impact these instruments have made in my classroom! Every day my students look forward to our music lesson! They have so much fun learning, exploring and moving to the beat! Since my little ones do not get to go to music class and because music was a big part of my life I wanted them to experience it as well. They love to play steady beats with the rhythm sticks and love expressive dancing using the colorful scarves! They are able to express themselves through music now and it's truly beautiful to watch them experience music some for the first time.”

Thanks to your donation our classroom printer is ready to print instructional material! I no longer have to worry about printing an important class document or struggle to get pictures of my students printed. I can quickly print an extra homework sheet for a new student or create a family newsletter to send to the parents. If I need any differentiation I do not have to leave my classroom any more. Have an ink ready printer has changed our classroom dynamics and I am so grateful!”

My class grew this school year and I needed a new larger carpet for whole group instruction. My students were so cramped in our tiny carpet and thank to you and your donations I was able to get a larger carpet where my students can sit comfortably and have their own area to dance, wiggle and learn.
Thank you so much for investing in my classroom and in my little learners we really appreciate every single donation to our DonorsChoose project and the impact this carpet has had on my students is huge!”

Every week I supply students with online learning road map. I am using various platforms like epic!, Imagine Learning, Imagine Math and even Go Noodle; however, my students love it when I record myself. I read them stories, greetings, video conferencing and every week I do a segment called Foodie Friday where I teach them food related activities that showcase the letter of the week. This week I did a lesson on guacamole for the letter G! Through my Foodie Friday lessons I teach them new vocabulary, cooking skills, encourage them to try new foods and even practice fine motor skills like spreading and dicing.
The technology I use to record myself is my phone. My phone is very old and I have really been struggling due to my old technology. I spend hours editing my videos so they are just right but I know they could be better and I could do more if I had a good recording device to use.
