Middle school students will create murals around our campus using the paint and paintbrushes provided by Donors Choose funds. The murals, which share a positive message, will remind the students and their peers that everyone counts and everyone matters. Through self expression, they will leave a little bit of themselves at the school and create a positive, accepting environment for future students. The Mural Project will give middle school students a creative outlet and pull them away for the dangers and challenges of social media and help them interact and collaborate with their classmates. Character education, learning about, pride, good work ethic, integrity and responsibility will help to form a foundation for their future.

About my class
