Our school is a Title 1 School in a low-income neighborhood. However, on campus, we are one big family. My 4th grade students are so well behaved, kind, and love learning. I have one of the best classes this year! Usually, I have the best class on campus. I may be a little biased, but it's true. I try to make the classroom fun and engaging and sneak in all of the learning in interesting ways. I want it to be their soft place to fall and for it to be a place where they take chances, learn from their mistakes, and get as much out of their year as they can. I want them to love coming to school every day instead of it being a chore. I love my job, my kids (students), and my school family.
