Thank you so much for your generous gift. My class really appreciates you donating all of the different types of rainbow blocks. They were so excited when all of the blocks and rainbows came in! Now they can't get enough time building exciting structures in our classroom. They are so disappointed when we have to clean up for lunch or dismissal because they are having so much fun.

These materials are already improving their education. Their communication and vocabulary have increased incredibly by working together. I can also see progress in their special awareness. They are getting better at rebuilding structures from a picture. Their engineering is also improving. They are building higher structures with wider bases.

  • Financial Literacy Begins Young

    Funded Sep 19, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous gift. My class really appreciates you donating the Teachers-Pay-Teachers gift cards. We used the gift cards to buy our students some supplemental math curriculums.

As a PreK teacher, one of my main goals is to teach our students to love math and numbers. PreK is such an important year in a student's life. This is the time when the students learn that math helps us make sense of the world around us. Teaching student number sense helps them to build a strong foundation to support them in future math endeavors. I also try to make learning lots of fun!

The gift cards helped us get lessons to teach about financial literacy, number recognition, sequencing, counting and measuring. We are learning about more and less than, one to one correspondence and number comparison.

On behalf of my class, I would like to let you know how grateful we are for your generous donation. You can tell by the photos how much they have enjoyed receiving it and I hope I have expressed how much it will benefit their education. • A Caterpillar to Crawl On

    Funded Jun 6, 2023

Thank you so much for helping our young students get a Climb and Crawl Caterpillar. We have put it our school's gross-motor indoor playroom so we can use it year round. Our kids love crawling through the tunnel and climbing over it. It is so big that most of the class can use it together safely. It has roomy openings at both ends and portholes to peek through. This caterpillar is safe and fun for kids to sit on, crawl through, and scramble over while strengthening their young muscles and building their coordination. The heavy-duty plastic is super durable so you can be sure our students will be using this for many years! We really appreciate your generosity.”

  • A MacBook to Reduce Paper Paper Use

    Funded May 10, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donations that provided my class with a new MacBook Air. The funding for this came right on time because our nine year old Mac just went kaput with no battery life and the keypad quit working. We use the computer in our class to stream and listen to music, Pre-K kids love to sing and dance! We also have it connected to our Smart-board so the students can practice letter writing and make charts and digital for our lessons. Our Smart-board can not function with out a computer, so having a laptop is essential for us!

Having this laptop was also important for us to have for our stepping-up ceremony. We were able to create and display picture slideshows for our families as well as create and print out diplomas and awards. I hope I have conveyed how your donation and this computer have made such a great impact on our classroom. We really appreciate your generosity.”

My class is filled with energetic and enthusiastic students who are always eager to learn new things and engage in hands-on lessons. We are a CTT class so we have some students with special needs such as speech, sensory issues, learning disabilities and processing issues. Many of the children in our class are learning the English language. We are always working together as a team to build our vocabulary as well as develop our math and literacy skills. Many of our literacy lessons are based on science and we try to incorporate as much STEM as we can. Our class goal is to create a love of learning in a respectful environment that's filled with fun! We build on each other's strengths and are learning to embrace each other's differences while developing a strong educational foundation together.
